Check out this poster, after these were placed out, the number of violaters decline by nearly half. We need something similar to this in the United States. It's amazing how little respect some pet owners have towards all other people. They take little FooFoo for a walk and allow them to poopoo in parks, people's yards or where ever they decide to go, then they leave it there for all others to admire. Can you tell, this has always been a pet peeve of mine.
Who out there like's to step in a pile, or worse sit in one when playing with their children in the park. I saw this sign and a story about pet owners being fined for not picking up after their pets pooed and thought good for them. They were being caught on Closed Circuit TV (CCTV). A group of indignant dog owners is fighting the use of CCTV this way and that it should be used for better purposes. I say, that if they had picked it up like they should have (it's the law in areas) then there wouldn't be a problem. They are breaking the law and a law is a law.
